Extrication Training for MVFD

Last weekend, 6 members of MVFD traveled to Charlottesville to participate in the VEHEXT (Vehicle Extrication) class offered by Charlottesville-Albemarle Rescue Squad. This 3 day course offered challenging scenarios that sharpened the skills of our members. BOX ALARM

Just after 12:27PM Units were alerted to BOX#220 for report of a structure fire threatening another exposure.
LC Training-105 arrived first on scene and declared a working fire, fire showing from the "B" side of the structure and established command, later assumed by CHIEF-2.
